Filling: approx. 1,0 kg/m2 depending on the base.
Maximum dry layer thickness: approximately 0,5 mm (thicker layers should be avoided)
Storage: the product may be stored in an ori terminal closed can for at least 6 months. Protect against frost and direct sunshine Star. Mix before use.
After drying, a surface is formed which is wear-resistant and with the pores closed. Additional sprinkling of fresh layer with high quality shredded sand is possible.
Treatment at min, +5 °C to max. +35 °C
Ready-to-use bitumen emulsion based on polymer modified bitumen emulsion with mineral fillers.
The base should be cleaned before applying BORNIT ready emulsions. It may be slightly damp, but not too wet.
Contact surfaces shall be clean, dust-free and free of components,
acting as separating agents (e.g. dust, oil, grease, fuel, paint residue, etc.).
