Road marking scraper with F300V cutter for removing paint from asphalt. The combined rotary-impact action makes scraping more effective. F300VP cutters for removing thermoplastic and cold plastic. F300C cutters for removing paint from concrete surfaces. OPERATION: Using pulleys and belts, the motor drives a drum with four special steel rods on which the cutters are arranged. Functioning: the engine, through a system of pulleys and belts, actuates a drum with four special axes, on which they are put thecutters. It is equipped with a special system of belt tensioning that allows to adjust the belt stress and eventually to replace the belt without removing the engine from its own seat. Maximum scraping width: 20 cm. Cutters with tungsten carbide pins F300V to remove paint from asphalt. The removal is easier thanks to a double action: rotary and beating at the same time, which is guaranteed by the clearance between the axes and the hole of the cutters. Millimeter regulator: to adjust the height of the cutters from the ground. Drum lifting device: it allows to stop temporarily the scraping activity without changing the height pre-established by the millimeter regulator. Bearings with protection.
